How many days, weeks, and months, in a row can one be the 999,999th visitor to deviantART to warrant being notified of that fact with a flashy shaking banner?

And, to increase the odds. Some of those days it happens more than once!

And, furthermore, some days it also happens on other websites in the same day that it happens here!

What gets really crazily and inconceivably against the odds is that some days I am the 1,000,000th visitor, followed a little later in the day by being the 999,999th visitor.

Now, if I could just channel my ability to beat the odds on websites into my lotto picks....

Seriously though, if I was hired to make such advertisement banners, I'd figure out how to have the Nth visitor be a randomized number so it wouldn't come across so stupid. I mean, do people actually click on those banners? Are they so stupid as to think it might be effective? Or do they just think all of us are stupid.

My apologies if your sense of political correctness has caused you to be offended by my use of the word "stupid". But, I think political correctness itself is stupid, so take my apology with a grain of salt.
